Clean, close to beach, reasonably priced
Not suitable for people of limited mobility. Narrow stairs and lots of them.
The price and breakfast -though we asked for more toast, which we never got.
The poor heating : cold radiator. We asked 3 times to have it worked. Then we finally got an electric heater 2 hours later. Then the noise of the people above our room prevented us from sleeping from 4 to 6 am. Besides it was very windy and the old windows gave a constant cold draught and noise.
The breakfast was excellent and the service was just as good! 10/10 I was plesently surprised by how nice the room was considering some of the feedback, very clean, spacious, nice en-suite bathroom with a great view of the beach and pier!
Didn't get a good night sleep as the bed was too soft, it was only towards the end of our stay that we realised it was because we were sleeping on two mattresses!
the only thing we liked was the veiw
did not like anything about the hotel
Good location,good breakfast,nice edwardian building.
Bed very uncomfortable, lack of bedding, very noisey, bed to small.generally needs updating.
Value for money as services provided for the low market rate of £40 per person were sufficient.
Blood stain on a pillow. One room had no kettle.
