Breakfast was excellent. Located conveniently behind hotel.
Basketball court. Fast internet. Huge rooms. Brand new. Great stay.
Because tthe property is an extended stay hotel they have limited housekeeping. Gave me a hard time about an extra 30 minutes for checkout.
location, room clean & spacious
Familiarity-same design as other Staybridge Hotels. Love the space in the rooms, kitchen - it's like your own apt.
Bed was hard as a rock! Not like the other Staybridges we have stayed at. No ice machines on the floor. This is the only hotel I know of that doesn't have ice machines on the floors. They say their refrigerators make ice. Yep, 12 cubes in 12 hrs. Not OK.
THIS WAS THE BEST OF 4 HOTELS ON OUR TRIP. A FINE CHOICE
That I didn't book more than one night!
front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, location was good and easy to find hot breakfast which is usually the same boring things included homemade hot oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins and was very good
the suites are smaller than they look in the pictures and the bed was unusually hard. The managers social was ok but I have had many better. These things were not bad, just not exceptionally good.If not for the fall and GM I would rate it higher
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Elevator stopped working.
Location is very quiet, off the freeway and behind a Marshall's Good breakfastNice staff
Great staff, great location, near shopping and just too many good things to say. This staff is outstanding and they always have a positive greeting for guest either in the evening or morning.
From walking in the staff, the cleanliness, relaxed home environment, towels, carpet, couches, bed, bedding, kitchen and of course the bathroom was super clenot just a cover up smell! Breakfast was great too, lots of choices!
If anything I could pick on would be the minimal parking, and no drive through.
Breakfast and nice staff
It was an older hotel and the location is a little hidden.
I was absolutely comfortable I like how the housekeeping did not bother you if you were asleep
one of the staff members did not fall on my good list due to the fact that she was in a bit rude but other than that everyone else was great
The breakfast was not good and mostly it was cold.
I really love the stay here it was a great location only 20 minutes to south padre and it's close to the mall right across the street plus very clean spacious rooms I love this hotel overall.
