breakfast was bad, given that cost 10 euros
It is a good Hotel in Budapest
When we arrived to the hotel, they said that there is no room for us and we have to go to another hotel called “Amber”. On our protests they simply mentioned “we don’t care” while on our questions “what shall we do if we don’t like “Amber” we received very “helpful” answer “come tomorrow and talk to our manager”. I suppose it is quite ridiculous.
this hotel is located in a rather downmarket location with lots of graffiti around although not far to walk to the city centre The reception is quite plush but our room was VERY basic
quality of our room
The personnel was approachable and english speaking including a security guard. Very convenient location in the centre of the city.
In the vicinity of the hotel there is a lot of marks that regular residents live in that part of the city.
The location and the nice staff who were very helpful
1) Most rooms have the view and the access on a narrow inner courtyard. Nobody of the staff tell you about this terrible solution. This room are even very small. We strongly asked for a better room and finally we get it. 2) the price is too high for this kind of hotel.
The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and AC, and it was well located for exploring the 7th District and Budapest in general.
The room wasn't as well kept as it might have been, and there was no furniture in which to unpack. Also - the hotel is advertised as a kosher hotel, but it isn't really. Breakfast is included, but kosher breakfast is extra, which I felt was not explained clearly before I booked.
airconditioning in room
