Bad. Budget did not have the standard SUV that I booked. They forced me to choose between a pickup truck and a van. Both are unappealing and I did not book those. When asked why I was being forced to choose between the two, the Budget representative said they did not have any SUVs available. This was not accurate because when I went to the garage to pick up my vehicle, I saw some SUVs.Reviewed May 17 2024

Rude staff. Suggested I Went with a competitor since and would not allow me to make a new reservation or pick up the car I reserved. I did go with a competitor.Reviewed May 17 2024

upon returning car, I did not received any print out or invoice via e-mail, suspecting something wrong, I talked to front desk, as suspected I was told that the rent was still open and the car ha not been properly scanned, person that scanned did not check fuel or milage, I was also told that the rent was into another name, it had to be corrected. I had been overcharged previously and the direction to call main line is useless. you need to prvovide a fail safe mechanism to insure returns are properly documented.Reviewed May 17 2024

The rental car operation at CHS was overwhelmed - I waited an over an hour waiting in lines. They had to pull my vehicle from a remote lot - it wasn’t in the garage. The car was clean on the outside but the interior was not - my wife spent time wiping everything down. The tires were really worn - I wish that I had more time to reject the vehicle - bald spots on all four tires. Returning to Budget at OKC was fast and friendly - that part of the rental was terrific!Reviewed May 15 2024
