Car could have been cleaner but it ran perfectly all week. Rental guy tried pushing his insurance on us and told us your insurance wasn’t good. Rental guy wouldn’t let me add additional drivers for free like you promised. He didn’t give us a key, but sent us out to wander around looking for a girl in a red shirt. I reserved a car for last Monday. When I arrived at AGS, there were no cars. I was told that having a reservation does not mean that a car would be available!!
