The pick up was ok. The car had a problem besides it was filthy. The biggest problem the car would not start when I stopped and tried to restart it. Hence they refused to fill with petrol and then budget charged my card $185 to fill the car. A Toyota Yaris Rip off watch outReviewed May 11 2024

It was an easy experience. I had some wait time at the Budget in Baton Rouge but once I get checked in, I signed a few papers and checked the car. Then I was on my way. The car was a good and clean vehicle, tank was filled with gas. Pretty seamless. Drop-off in Broken Arrow was even easier. He checked the mileage and gave me my receipt, and I was on my way. The pickup never happened as when I arrived I was informed for the first time that I could only use a credit card. The employee was aggressive and standoff-ish. I would suggest putting a warning of what type of payment was acceptable at certain locations as a pop up or red lettering before completing the booking. I was using my cellphone to book so maybe double check that as I never got any indication for this. Luckily I was able to have my friend pick me up but the whole experience was upsetting.Reviewed May 10 2024

Was a little disappointed with the choice of cars. The car we chose was very dirty like someone went through the mud with it. I had to wash it as mud was caked up in the wheel wells.Reviewed May 10 2024

It was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced I had a price of 59.00 they tried to tell me the prices was wrong and tried to charge me 247.00 for one day I had a conformation # then they left me out on the street with no ride home I rent 4 car a year from budget for the past 5 years thanks for yours service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Reviewed May 10 2024

The receptionist took very long time to handover the car, and even longer time to receive the car without any respect to my time ( almost 40 min) I almost missed my flight! Also they have only one office in terminal 1, so if you have flights departing from terminal 2 or 3 you need to count for time and expenses!Reviewed May 10 2024
