It was actually really easy super strait forward. The guy at the Counter was helpful and got me right thru and in my car. The Cute gal that checked the car back in was very nice - both people spoke excellent English! Will Rent from again!Reviewed Oct 21 2024

Nearly 60 minutes in line to check in. Lack of staff to attend to very long line of customers. Returning car was easy .. very small airport….but charged me double stating that the gas tank was not full on return. Spent an hour on phone with customer service.. emailed gas receipt and finally got charge removed. Not sure how such a simple thing as reading gas tank level can get screwed up. I feel that a charge was trying to be slipped in hoping I would not look at emailed receipt. Not acceptable.Reviewed Oct 21 2024

Filled up tank -apparently it wasn’t tiptop full, but it had stopped so budget charged me $5.00 for gas. Pretty chapped about it actually. Staff was ok, but it was confusing to pick up/drop off in a tent. ? Wasn’t going to say anything about tent service but since they are being petty about gas. Travel a lot, never had as much confusion as to where to pick up/drop off and never in a tent.🤔Reviewed Oct 21 2024

Good as a whole. Pickup was dreadful. It took almost an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up car. There were not enough people working and they couldn’t seem to find the cars that had been reserved. It was better for me than the folks who had prepaid because their cars weren’t ready and they were very angry. Budget knew how many people had reserved cars and yet they couldn’t pull it off. Love the easy pick up location. It would be lovely to have longer pickup hours, but overall it did meet our needs. Also would be great to have better rates, but all Colorado rates seem high. Great experience at the counter and super easy pick up/drop offReviewed Oct 20 2024

After 14 hrs flight I get to budget office in Detroit Airport to find 50-60 people ahead of me in line waiting I heard people have been waiting for 3 hrs because only 1 slow person working the counter I waited in line for 10 min but nothing moved so I decided to go next door to Enterprise Alamo in 5 min I was out driving a carReviewed Oct 20 2024

The only thing that he had was a Ram truck. I was ok with that thinking he wouldn’t give me a huge Ram truck. I am 83 and 5’1”. I went to the truck and pulled myself in. Good exercise I told myself. First stop would be some where I could buy a step stool and some rope to attach to the stool so I could pull it into the truck. Only one othèr problem I could not solve, I could not see over the steering wheel. I had to go back in and hopefully they could find me another car.Reviewed Oct 19 2024
