Had to wait 20 min for a Bidget shuttle while 7 (yes seven) shuttles for Alamo, Enterprise and almost every other rental car passed by. When we got to the rental car building the line to rent wrapped clear around the building. Serious 75 yard long line. It was unbelievable, the longest I’ve ever seen for a rental co. And it moved at a snails pace. Hours. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptableReviewed May 3 2024

When we checked in at the end of our rental, we were given the quick printout that applied to another car and driver. We did not discover this until after we had gone through airport security and were waiting for our flight.Reviewed May 1 2024

The line was over an hour and a half long to pick up my car. They know ahead of time how many reservations they have and were ill prepared. The first agent I worked with was rude, condescending, and tried more than once to rush me into entering my credit card and accept things I clearly told him I didn’t want like paying in advance for tolls and gas. I then waited an additional half hour for a manager who checked me out. The manager was fine to work with.Reviewed May 1 2024

Renting a car though them is a joke! There are so many things that need to be paid that isn't told to you when you reserve a vehicle. We wasted so much time going there, after getting lost trying to find the place, because that is unclear, as well, and we weren't even able to rent the car anyways. Very disappointed and will never do that again. Also tell people that they need to pass a credit check before they waste their time! The experience was terrible. I’d avoid BUDGET at all cost. The lines were long and the agents were unfriendly. Additionally, they tried to add a $15.99 fee for fuel when I returned, even thought I’d already filled it up and returned it full. It’s a dishonest business practice that is not customer focused.
