Im very d disappointed with budget from west Palm beach…. Reserved a car many months ago for holidays in Palm beach and don’t event get the car that i needed. I ad family there with me and many lodges. Receiving service like this on that time of year with family to spend Greta time . For sure budget find the way to ruined this staying at palm beach. It’s been many years I been coming to Palm beach gardens and I will keep going and I do have friends that join I lus for many trips there. Count on me to spread the word to not book with Budget. I requested a specific car that you rent all the time, 1 week prior to my rental and was told that wasn't what I rented and what I needed was more money so I did that. I was then told the specific car I was requesting still could not be guaranteed. It is listed as a mid size suv, mazda cx50 or comparable. So I found something else with a different co. and saved $100! I will rent with them vs Budget anytime. Lady was rude on the phone. You lost my business and everyone I know!
