All went smoothly picking up car as Budget is just outside airport exit. When I returned the car the Budget representative had a quick walk around the car, checked fuel was full and said all looks good. None of the normal pointing out marks that were already on the car and me having to pull out my photos from pickup to prove damage was already on the car. Good Experience . My husband and I took a ride share from our hotel to the f Pick up location which was permanently closed We then paid the driver to take us to the posted alternate location and they had no cars! After asking the employee what was going to happen I suggested we go to the airport so we paid another ride share to drop us off at the terminal return! In line at the airport they made ME call customer service to remedy the issue and get back in a long line to get the vehicle! This was a 3 hour rocess altogether and a costly experience. It was mentioned that because we booked through a 2nd party the reservation could not be changed by Budget making us feel even more dissatisfiedReviewed Nov 13 2025

The budget counter gave our car (minivan or equivalent) away to a family of 3, when we needed it to hold 7 people. We had to wait over an hour & a half for a car & when one was ready we got. Ford Expedition. It didn’t have enough room to hold our luggage, the oil change light was on, and the front bumper was loose. Do not recommend.Reviewed Nov 13 2025
