Everything nice but manager at Cape Coral was not polite. We arrived 25 minutes before our appointment. Waited in line and was called to the counter by nice lady ( our place in line). When she started with us a man behind us was 1 1/2 late for his pick up and the manager told the lady not to help us but help the man behind us. So another 20 minute wait putting us behind schedule. I said to her that she should have asked us if he could go ahead and she said that policy is to help the earliest reservations first even if they were late.Reviewed May 12 2024

The pick up was ok. The car had a problem besides it was filthy. The biggest problem the car would not start when I stopped and tried to restart it. Hence they refused to fill with petrol and then budget charged my card $185 to fill the car. A Toyota Yaris Rip off watch outReviewed May 11 2024

It was an easy experience. I had some wait time at the Budget in Baton Rouge but once I get checked in, I signed a few papers and checked the car. Then I was on my way. The car was a good and clean vehicle, tank was filled with gas. Pretty seamless. Drop-off in Broken Arrow was even easier. He checked the mileage and gave me my receipt, and I was on my way.
