Picking up the rental car went smoothly. I had a tire blow out and then I was given replacement car that was supposed to be 4-6 hours before it arrived. Then I sat on the road side for over 10 hours before the car was delivered! This didn’t make me happy. I was supposed to be getting a coupon for a rental car in the future. The coupon never arrived! We were provided what should have been a nice SUV, but once we spent a little time behind the wheel, it was apparent that the truck had serious transmission slipping. Every gear change felt like the whole engine might fall out of the vehicle. Our pickup was Christmas Eve, so we returned the truck on Christmas Day and we were told there were no other large vehicles available. We were then told we couldn't get a refund at the counter and that we would need to call the main number. We did that and filed a case and requested a refund and we were only given back half of our fee. I filed another case and asked for the rest of the money and haven't gotten a response after 5 days.
