Horrible. The morning of my family trip I took an uber to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved months ago. I was told they had no vehicles and I could wait to see if someone brought one back, but nothing was guaranteed. I waited hours and nothing ever happened. I finally had to uber back home. Luckily there are new sites out there where people rent vehicles and I was saved. I still spent $100 in uber fees and hours of my time because how unprofessional budget is.Reviewed Jun 17 2025

First of all, you can make sure your vehicles are serviced correctly. Because the van that we had needed a front end Alignment. Driven was a little hard to keep inside the lane will driving. We were swerving in between the lines Budget you need to make sure all of your vehicle all serviced before you rent them out because someone my have a accident because of your neglect of service to your vehicle.
