Budget was great. I requested a vehicle to be picked up @ the airport. KAYAK reserved a vehicle @ a Budget location far away. The airport Budget Manager was able to change our reservation and rent us a van with the same discounts. Budget was great; Kayak sucks!!!Reviewed May 7 2024

Pickup location was rundown and dirty. Received a car with less than a quarter tank of gas despite having been told the tank would be full. Options were to fill it ourselves and return at the same level (adding an unanticipated stop to our itinerary) or wait an unspecified amount of time to see if one with more fuel would be returned, as allegedly refueling vehicles between rentals is not a part of their process.Reviewed May 6 2024

The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.Reviewed May 6 2024

My experience was good only down side was that the car was not wash and had damaged by the other owner that used it like scratch on the paint on the driver side back and the front also. Did do a video in the budget parking lot before taking the car of the scratchesReviewed May 6 2024

The pick up and drop off system were both great. My only complaint is the car smelled like cigarettes and we had to get a car freshener to mask the smell. Other than that, everything else was good.Reviewed May 5 2024

Rental rate much higher than estimate when making reservation. Insurance cost higher than rental rate. Car was below empty on gas on pick up. Check engine light on. Poor brakes. No windshield washing fluid.Reviewed May 5 2024
