Cons:needed manual to explain features. changing radio controls to english took 30 minutes of playing. other features were never understood. but over all very pleased.

Cons:I scheduled my pickup for noon, apparently that's when the place closes. So I couldn't get my car. This is my fault for not paying closer attention when booking the car, but when I called Budget for help, they 1. refused to guarantee me the rate I had reserved 2. refused to help me get to another Budget location 3. offered no help to keep my business. So I took an Uber to Oklahoma instead. Nearly the same price and none of the hassle.

Cons:We ordered 2 car seats and the budget in Fort Worth didn’t have them when we picked up the car. This led to an expensive day for us having to get them elsewhere last minute.

Pros:The car we rented was an equivalent to a Chevy Tahoe. We got a Toyota Sequoia. It was clean and well kept. Great value. Great rental.

Cons:Received an email Wednesday before my rental date of Saturday that they did not have a 7 pax vehicle which was reserved for me. Then had the nerve to say contact them if I wanted a smaller vehicle. I might expect such from a smaller company but not Budget!! I had to look around for another vehicle which was not available. Not too happy with this inconvenience.

Pros:Staff at the Fort Worth office did not have the car available that I rented but they came through for us.
Cons:It may have been better to have a place to drop off the rental that was closer to the city.
