Pros:Easy pickup and drop off process. New and very clean car.
Cons:They told me that my reservation doesn't have even basic insurance and they asked me to buy one. I agreed to buy the insurance but it turned out later that they let me buy full insurance. I really got confused about that.

Cons:Your site has failed my trust. You sold me a Allianz Global Assistance insurance. Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me. Your company is promoting misleading insurance products, you are deceiving customers

Cons:Made to sign car "perfect" in office. No joint check of condition on pick-up. Dark garage. On return several scratches that pre-existed charged as damage.

Cons:Drop off was quite frustrating. Had an early morning flight and had to drop off the car before office was closed. No instructions were provided on how to do so and nobody at the airport knew what to do. Nobody from Budget could be reached. Finally someone who worked at the information desk recommended leaving them with the clerk at the airport parking lot where I left the car.

Pros:The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.
Cons:Pick up takes more than half hour even it’s was not busy, agent was very slow. The car was luxury but was dirty from inside, the floor mats dirty.

Pros:It was a new BMW 5 series, great on the highway and great on gas
Cons:overcharged on my credit card. Should have been $1810.00 Turkish Lira and my card was charged $3810.00. Now I have to mess around with this to correct it from another country which is never fun.
