Cons:Long wait on pick-up -- seemed disorganized.
Cons:The car had a strong mildew smell upon entering the vehicle.

Pros:They gave me a vehicle that fit our needs even better than the Lincoln MKS that we reserved.
Pros:Budget had a Black Friday on Thanksgiving. Seems like every other counter was empty or nearly so. Budget had 30 people in line We waited for 15 mins. Then the manager came thru and shave folks behind me an expedited experience. Then another agent took some of us to an alternative counter in the terminal. Thank goodness as I got a vehicle 10 mins later. The staff was friendly and did as much as they could.

Cons:Had to request another car when the one that showed up was full of other people’s garbage. Upgrade really was not an upgrade.
Cons:terminal counter closed. walked to where cars were to check in. stood in line 45 minutes. 2 agents. told understaffed.
