Pros:Very good customer service. Nice, new car.
Pros:Flight cancelled, so the reservation was cancelled. Budget handled the cancellation well - good customer service.
Pros:Attendant took car out of service
Pros:The reception worker was very nice and stayed late to make sure everyone was taken care of, even after all the competitor car rental desks were closing down and stranding customers. Great attitude and it was much appeciated after my long day of travelling.
Pros:I was very satisfied with my rental in Tucson. The desk is in the airport, and the cars very nearby. There was a slow line when I arrived but within 5-10 minutes another employee showed up at the desk and soon I was on my way.
Cons:My car had a noise that was disconcerting. I curtailed my plans to drive to a rural area instead of taking the time to return to the airport and get another car.
I arrived early and had to pick up the car 1.75 hours early. They upgraded the car type and added a full day onto the reservation - my reservation went from $220 to $380 dollars because of being 1.75 hours early. When I returned the car I was sent from the lot to the desk and expected to stand in a 30+ minute line to complete my rental. Instead I handed my sheet of paper to an employee (who asked that I do that instead of waiting in line) and told I would get an email - and it is four days later and I have not yet received an email. Bummer.
Pros:Great price, friendly, efficient, and a very nice vehicle.
My vehicle had issues and customer service said I would have to drive 2 hours away from my vacation spot to exchange for another when there was literally a location 5 minutes away from me.
Pros:The entire process was bad ... had to use Dollar Rent a Car
