Pros:Quick, clean, cheap.

Pros:Car got great mileage (Corolla).
Cons:Empty gas tank, seats were filthy and grimy, used napkins, wrappers, etc. in rear seat compartment. Buffalo airport location very dark, so it was difficult to see interior conditions until we were in the sunlight and by then it was too late. Fortunately I noticed the gas gauge was near empty and had enough time to get to a service area on the NY Thruway. This vehicle was obviously not checked prior to rental. All I received was a one day refund. At least I returned the car with a full gas tank. Never again with Budget! And never again with Kayak unless something is done. By the way we travel at least twice a year, most times using air and car rental services.

Pros:The person on the counter was good and polite.She answered our questions about the nearest grocery store and gave us directions.
Cons:The car was not clean on the outside.
Pros:The sport version is super cool and comfortable.
Cons:The queuing line is too long. It took me for 2 hours to get the car that's why they free upgraded it from Corolla to Camry SE. But overall, I like it and would strongly recommended it. Staffs were super friendly and patient.

Cons:Number to front desk seemed to be out of service. No one picks up phone. I had lost my personal item in one of the cars and there is no lost and found option. Spoke to several reps and no one knew how to reach the Buffalo Niagara location, I had to call enterprise and Avis next to them to leave them a message. Still no call back.
Pros:Second car was clean, ran well, very comfortable and very good on gas. Check in at the return was painless.
Cons:Waited 45 min to reach counter. First car was dirty/ice covered on lower half making it impossible to check for lower body damage before leaving Budget. After leaving rental area discovered windshield washer was inoperative - frozen solid. Had to return to Budget to get 2nd car which took another hour.
