Pros:No hassle great price
Pros:Vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived. Customer assistance was superb and friendly.
Pros:The van was very helpful and had lots of features I didn't expect.
Cons:The pickup line was a little slow
Pros:Drop off took probably a total of 1 minute after parking the car. I would do this again

Cons:Low tire pressure warning lights were on from the start. I came back to have them addressed. The pressure was checked but the warning lights stayed on. I was told that that often happens until the tires heat up. Sure enough, the lights did go off in a while, but came on again and stayed on during other drives. It turns out one tire had dropped from 35 psi to 20. I re-inflated it but didn't feel safe driving the car, so I swapped it for another at the Atlanta airport rental car center. Also the car did have some dirt/stains on the seats and rear doors that i discovered and wiped off myself.

The car was filthy, inside and out.
Pros:Car was comfortable and clean. Despite a very long line at Charleston airport, customer service at Charleston and Wilmington airports was great.
Cons:Needed a car for a one way drive. Had some issues with return time and called to extend. Talked to 3 different people at customer service line who were not at all helpful and unapologetic about not being able to help. Ended up with many extra charges, which almost doubled the cost of the one day rental.
Long line. Staff was not motivated and indifferent. We booked a Toyota Camry or similar but was offered a Kia EV which is not suitable for plan to drive a long distance. When quietiedd about a petrol car, we were offered a Lexus but had to pay $20 per day and no other choice. Just like take it or leave it scenario. Frankly not impressed.
