Cons:They charged me the money that was not agreed upon and now I have to dispute it. They also charged me for something I did not sign, and I had to have my credit card company block the charge.
Pros:great service and location, new car
Cons:reservation said would be a vw polo, gave us a Renault twingo.
Pros:The car itself was good
Cons:We had to pay extra for everything which was not clear at first. I'm not renting from the French side again because it seems cheaper... it'll end up more expensive incl a big headache over it

Cons:Even if you are picking the car up on the " French side " of Geneva airport you still in Switzerland. So have to pay the vignette € 35 was a disappointment. It should be included in the rental cost.
Pros:1. The Fiat car was great; very nice.
Cons:1. The reservation did not "clearly" explain this Budget location was on the French side of the Geneva airport; not the Swiss side. 2. Renting from the French side resulted in an additional $40 purchase of a Swiss highway sticker to drive on Swiss roads. 3. The final bill was over $100 more that my estimate noted in the reservation. I will need to investigate and determine exactly what happened.
Pros:The car was clean, comfortable, new and in excellent condition. The drop off was swift.
Cons:The initial desk service was very slow, and not friendly. The service was pushy for unnecessary extras.
