They have a dishonest billing approach. I refilled the car at the airport but got charged €24’s for fuel. Then there customer service refused to help as I booked through kayak, despite budget taking all payments directly. I would recommend you don’t use budget for car rentals.

Pros:The vehicle, Kia Sportage, was great for this trip and it was clean and in great condition.
Cons:Took an hour to get through the rental counter and get the car. The return took about 30 minutes too which is far more than other rental companies that I have used.
