Our experience was good, no problems or concerns. The vehicle was clean and reliable for my family needs. Pickup and drop-off was simple.

It was easy and simple. When you travel and everything gos well it is pleasant. Car was ready for us. Bigger and nicer. I ordered medium SUV, I got full size. We did have lot of space. It was great experience

The check in was amazing and fast. The car was a Nissan rogue. The car needed an oil change and kept sending warning messages that using the car without changing the oil could be hazardous. The car had no wiper fluid and that was a huge issue as we were driving through a dusty desert in Arizona.

Picking the car up took 3 hours in SFO, which is beyond unacceptable.

The staff at pickup was excellent. The staff at drop-off was horrible - the lady was rude. The car rode fine - but: The car smelled like cleaning perfume at pickup but by the next day that smell evaporated and the car stunk like smoke the next four days. I had no smokers in the car but the people that I gave rides to all complained about the stinky odor. It was apparently not deep cleaned before they gave me the car.

Very bad experience. 1.5 hour wait at pickup because staff was on break (not mentioned in opening hours). Very dirty car at pickup : crumbs everywhere and food smeared on dashboard
