Dear Customer Service, Upon arrival, the location did not have the vehicle I originally reserved available. Additionally, the vehicle I was provided was filthy and had a very strong smoke odor, making the experience extremely unpleasant. I contacted Budget Customer Care approximately 3 to 4 times seeking assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly given the runaround and inconsistent guidance, with no meaningful support or resolution offered. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and overall experience. As a paying customer, I expected a clean vehicle, proper accommodation of my reservation, and professional assistance when concerns were raised. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed promptly and an appropriate resolution being provided. Sincerely, A loyal customer

The car was with cigarrete smell, dirty and also it was an old car. The guys at the desk offer a tall pass and I didnt use it at all in Pittsburgh area.

Everything was great EXCEPT that the car reeked—as if they’d used a whole can of air “freshener” to cover something up. It was so strong I had to drive with windows down even on the freeway so my asthma would not be triggered. Awful.

I returned the car when I was supposed to. Three days later I get a text asking when I'm going to return the car. I call them and they say I never returned it. Now I'm having to jump through hoops trying to prove I returned it to them. How do you lose a car that is in airport parking lot!??!!? Will be taking this into consideration the next time I'm renting a vehicle for sure.
