The car was with cigarrete smell, dirty and also it was an old car. The guys at the desk offer a tall pass and I didnt use it at all in Pittsburgh area.

Everything was great EXCEPT that the car reeked—as if they’d used a whole can of air “freshener” to cover something up. It was so strong I had to drive with windows down even on the freeway so my asthma would not be triggered. Awful.

I returned the car when I was supposed to. Three days later I get a text asking when I'm going to return the car. I call them and they say I never returned it. Now I'm having to jump through hoops trying to prove I returned it to them. How do you lose a car that is in airport parking lot!??!!? Will be taking this into consideration the next time I'm renting a vehicle for sure.

Difficult to find kiosk. Unfriendly customer service. Aggressive fear mongering. Had to produce backup documents to support my rental. Thank God, I was prepared. Also rented from other companies this trip and had nowhere near the same bad experience.
