The staff was frustrated but friendly. The car type I reserved wasn't available, so they offered me something smaller, but for the same price. The car I ended up with was dirty, smelled bad, was dented and seemed a bit mechanically wonky. It functioned for the rental period. Drop off was a problem. There was nobody at the location (during business hours). Several people were waiting outside the doors. Thirty plus minutes later an employee reappeared. He processed the drop off. While I waited for my ride, I heard him making several phone calls to people, explaining he didn't have the cars available they had reserved. He was friendly, but frustrated. This location is understaffed and their inventory system doesn't seem to be connected to reality. I will not use this location again.

The rental agents showed little interest in customer service. Their priority appeared to be making sure I followed their procedures precisely as they wanted, rather than helping me as a customer. As if this wasn’t enough the Tesla I had reserved wasn’t going to be provided. I was going to accept that until they told me they had no idea of where it could be charged but I could call a 800 number afterwards to find out. I canceled the reservation and made other arrangements.

Terrible experience, I reserved a Van and when I went to pick it up I was told that none were available.

Ultimately, I was able to get a vehicle, but they initially said there was none available despite my reservation. They said most cars had been marked for sale and couldn't be rented. After a 30 minute delay, they finally found a minivan (even though I had rented a Corolla or equivalent) that I was able to use. The minivan also had damage (mostly just minor scratches and a small dent), but none were marked or disclosed initially. I took images and videos and they did note these before I left. Upon my drop off, no one was working at the counter despite arriving during their posted working hours. I used the key drop, and I hope it all works out without any further hassles.
