Cons:I reserved a mustang convertible and when I got there was given a shitty car I didn't want for the SAME price. Horrible service. I know why they chose the name Budget. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm too busy to write a novel but I gave you lots of business through my own businesses and I will never again. If you care to hear my full review you can contact me anytime. Horrible.

Waited 3 hours for a car… which was not an SUV like I requested.. got told I was picking up at the wrong site. Had to call and switch over my reservation and went from being charged $345 to $746 but they actually charged my card $993. Will be calling today to get my money back.
Cons:Seems to be a busy location with only one clerk. Had to wait in line at pick and drop off.

Cons:I reserved my car online the day before and had confirmation. I Traveled from Nj to Sc with my toddler, car seat, stroller, and luggage. I got to budget to pick up my car they did not have any cars available and there was 'nothing that they could do" I spoke with management and they said 'sorry' . We had to wait in the airport for FOUR HOURS BEFORE family from NC got there. Budget will never hear from me again and I will continue to share this story from hell
Pros:I liked Nothing about the car, The car they provide was extremely too big and long and I just didn’t need that much space I would’ve rather a smaller car or the car I reserved.
Cons:That I had to pay more for something I didn’t even like and that was way to big. I had to pay 60-70 dollars more.
Pros:The Nissan Sentra had plenty of room and drove well!!
Cons:The only item I was concerned with was when I filled the gas tank, the fill line in the car did NOT go all the up!! My wife and I did three different tries, but the line never got to FULL. I did bring it to the attention to my drop-off location.
Kayak had me book for a rental car from a different site than the airport, which resulted in me needing to take a taxi off the airport to go get the rental car when there was a rental office at the airport. Then I had to arrange for a ride from the off site rental location to the airport. I also had to return the car hours before my flight because the rental office closed at 1:00 on Sundays.
Pros:The woman who checked the car out to me was very professional and very helpful. The whole process went very quickly..
Cons:It was raining very hard when I returned the car and I got drenched returning car. There was no place to park that was close enough to the building to keep us from being completely wet.
