We had to wait over two hours to pick up our car.

They did not have the type of car I requested (minivan, I needed the space for luggage), didn't seem bothered by that, and made me feel silly for thinking they would. This was disappointing but in the end they gave me something better (pickup) which met my needs. Overall good outcome but not the best way to make it happen.

Pickup at Sacramento airport took a bit longer than expected. The representative was great. The Jeep Compass was a bit small to be considered a mid size SUV. My husband was barely able to see under the top edge of the windshield because it was so small and there was mo way to lower the seat. The trunk space was small as well. Drop off at Reno was extremely easy and the attendant was very friendly and efficient.

The car was clean and pick up and drop off were very easy. However I never received an invoice/contract for the rental. This has led to confusion over how much I paid and what I was paying for. I would have loved to have seen a breakdown of what I was paying for.
