I reserved a seven seater SUV and got a van. Van had many issues and wouldn’t start in the mornings, so returned it for a new one and got attitude from the budget representative. Eventually was given a replacement van and had no issues after that.

I booked a van 4 months ahead of my vacation. Went to pick it up and was informed that the debit card i used to reserve the van couldn't be used to rent the van. Information like this should be stated in bold letters not buried in fine print. The lady was rude and looked at me like I was nothing. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

Office closed when arrived despite calling ahead and notifying of flight delay, office canceled reservation and did not have a car to rent. I had to take a taxi at my own expense.

Normally the car has a CDW. So we didn't check it this time. This time the car was not insured at all. That was an unpleasant surprise.

The car was fantastic and the service is even better, I wasn’t waiting for a long time and the reservation was on very short notice! I would certainly use the service again in the near future.

The van I rented never got dropped off to the location customer service was absolutely no help I have to booked my vehicle 3 months in advance and it was a complete waste of time will never use these services again

Be prepared to wait in line for Budget in ABQ -- there's usually a single staffer working the counter for three rental companies. We were 5th in line when we got there on this past trip and it took about an hour to get our car. Now the price can't be beat and once you have your car all is good; you just need to be prepared for what you're walking into
