Overall, we had a good experience renting with Budget. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The pickup and return process itself was quick once we found the correct locations. The only downside was that the signage could be much clearer. We had a difficult time locating the Budget check-in booth when picking up the vehicle, and returning it was also confusing because the parking garage wasn't easy to find. Better directions or more visible signs would make the experience much smoother. Despite those minor frustrations, the rental itself was great, and we would consider renting with Budget again.

The rental car industry is behind the times when it refuses to provide a more modern efficient way to accommodate electronic payments outside of a physical credit card. I am certain that my experience is not an anomaly!

Did not give me the car. Wanted 45,000€ deposit!! Joke of a service. Issues between the booking service and Budget in terms of insurance coverage agreements. Not good enough from both parties.
