Pros:Car was comfortable
Cons:Despite specific assurances that the GPS device would be accurate in small towns in southern Italy, it was misleading if not worthless there.
Pros:Everything except for price
Cons:A little expensive for a 2 week compact rental
Cons:There is a long walk from the terminal to the rentel area
Pros:Well I like the insurance covered everything. When the van got a flat and didnt have a spare I got a new car, granted it was twice as big and manual but it worked... and when the passenger mirror came off because the streets are so small and people don't know how to drive, it covered that too.
Cons:I didn't like that the minibus doesn't come in automatic.
Cons:Surprise charges for VAT and for scratches on the underbody that I do not believe I caused
Cons:Reserved a van to carry 6, but when we went to pick up the van, none were available. Had to rent two small cars instead which cost twice the gas, tolls, and parking... Truly a Seinfeld moment.
Pros:I really only liked that there was a car avliable
Cons:First, I reserved a Bmw 5 series but received a huge Volvo. Not the end of the world but the car was quite larger then was convient due to driving the malfunction coast. Second, union return I was charged 370 euro which is about $410. I was quoted $259 after taxes I believe. I did request insurance at 15 a day for four days. The insurance factored in should've brought my total closer to $320. Can you explain to me why I was charged so much more then my quote? Thank you

Cons:45 minute wait at the airport to see the agent! Then they did not have the type of car that was ordered
Pros:i signed a contract at fiumicino airport for 3 days and 3 hours and they explain me i was been cargerd for 4 days and ax expense of 224€. fair so far. i asked what would be the affotional price to drop off in a different location (57€ taxes included). total 281€ . i dropped off the car in naples after 3 days and 2 hours and I paid 305 €. when i asked they replied they charged 1 days more... i do not think this is a correct and fair service
