Pros:Customer service was friendly and efficient during both pick-up and return. Excellent value for the money. Loved driving a practically brand new vehicle!
Cons:Not a single complaint.
Pros:Staff at the kiosk were helpful however I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned after 3 months! The Customer services are terrible and one of the worst I've ever seen, slow responses and now they aren't responding at all...

Pros:The lady at the front desk was very kind and delivered the car in the time I expected it would take. The instructions were very clear to drive the car out of the lot and to drop it back off again. The car felt like new, and was in good conditions.
Cons:I was asked for 2 credit cards, which I wasn't informed beforehand, also, nowhere was I informed that I was supposed to take my passport with me to pick the car up. Finally, the car had no windshield washer fluid.
Pros:The car was fine and what I ordered and it was clean. Return was also quick. The shuttle to and from the airport was also quick and friendly.
Cons:We got a GPS but the SD card had been stolen from the car so I went back in to get a new SD card and they didn't have any. The only way I could then get a gps was to upgrade to another vehicle, and the closest upgrade was 40% more of a daily rate than I was currently quoted to pay. So we opted out of the gps, in a foreign country... fun. Also the clerk did not give us good directions out of the area, and told us there would be a gas station on the way back in to return it and THERE WAS NOT so I had to end up paying their gas fee for not returning it full as I received it.
Cons:The price was a bit high.
Pros:Brand new car
Cons:Minor stuff: didn't know how to open rear hatch initially (VW), windshield washer inop, as fluid completely frozen at -3° C.
Cons:Lower one way drop fee between 2 London airports- it really jacked the price up! All the staff at Avis/ Budget were really professional and friendly especially Gary at the counter in LGW and Anwar the shuttle driver at LHR. Thanks!
Pros:Budget changed the reservation from a Premium vehicle to a compact car , with an increase in price without notifying me. When I logged onto the Budget website the reservation had been changed. I was told the rate was no longer available!!! I will not use Budget again!!!!!!!
Cons:Why was my original reservation changed? They did not want to honor the original ruling entail rate!
Cons:We rented a "7 passenger" mini van. There was NO WAY that this mini van would accommodate even 6 passengers. We wound up having to rent an additional car to fit all of us. The pick up was extremely SLOW--it took us more than 2 hours to get our car. The attendants were walking around the parking lot looking for a car for us--very unacceptable!!!
Pros:Good size car for a "standard" size, Ford Mondeo diesel with great fuel economy. Fit my family of four and all of our excessive luggage easily. Car in good condition and drove nicely. Pickup and drop off not too bad, pick up could have been quicker and I could do without the upsell attempts. Car was clean and comfortable.
Cons:Minor gripe Is that I wish they would process my credit card payment in GBP instead of converting to USD first. They should let the credit card company do the conversion and I would have gotten a better exchange rate. i figured that cost me about $15.
