Cons:The employees did not properly document my rental. See below.
Cons:Front fender of the car was not properly attached. Attendant didn't note on the rental agreement. Attendant receiving the car when I was done insists I had an accident with the car. If I had, there would be scratches on the fender. There aren't any--it looks like brand new except for that it's popping off the side of the car (I've kept the pictures). If I get charged for anything, I'll definitely never use Budget again (or Avis either).

Cons:The car was not ready at pickup in Pittsburgh and was distant from the booth in terminal. Upon return in Latrobe the drop off was not clearly marked and was difficult to find
Pros:Awesome Job We got a Huge unexpected Upgrade , thinking we had a Ford Escape- we ended up in a Lincoln Navigator... OHHH MY

Cons:Terrible customer service at registration desk. My reserved car wasn't ready and they were not straightforward about how long it would take for it to be washed/cleaned and ready. They also weren't the least apologetic. Will never rent again with budget

Pros:Upon arriving at the Budget Desk at the Pgh Intl Airport I was informed that because I was using a debit card I was not able to rent a car. I had already paid for the rental insurance and when my wife went online to cancel the insurance (prior to the pick-up time of the car), she got a message that it could not be canceled on-line and required a phone call. I ended up paying for the insurance for the car I could not rent. All in all, this was the worst experience I've ever had regarding a rental car. I will never use Budget again, and will be sharing this horrible experience with everyone I know.
