Smooth process. The first car we had experienced mechanical problems and was changed with no hassle. They also accommodated us because we had to take the car for 1 week rather than 2 days as was initially planned. Only downside is I think it would be best if the app would make you aware of the 10000 baht deposit. Also it cost me 10$ more a day because the car we selected (a Yaris) before arrival was not available so we got a Honda City instead which was more expensive.
Pros:Easy drop off at the airport.
Cons:It was a little overpriced.
Cons:Drop-off instructions are confusing. Also, drop-off location at Suvarnabhumi airport is not as good as for other rental car companies. Fortunately, the employee drove us with all our luggage to the gate where we had to check in.
Cons:Return at Suvarnabhumi airport not easy. Small black and white diagram of their zone area ground floor return spot not easy to decipher. Need prominent rental car returns signs posted.
Failed to collect the car as I had booked a full size SUV and they tried to give me a pick up truck
Pros:The car was clean and the pickup and dripoff process was easy.
Cons:I was charged a ridiculous amount for “fees” and I was charged for two whole days when I only had the car for a while Day and a few hours. I was going to rent from a different company which was only going to charge me for one whole day but they didn’t accept my debit card.
Pros:They refused to give car saying something abt company policy then I rented car from national in a good rate and service
Pros:I liked everything about the experience. Friendly and fast and a new car that was clean.
Cons:I was thinking the car it will be an diesel 4x4.
Pros:Brand new diesel pick-up with covered bed to put all our luggage. Easy Drop Off on upper level when returning the vehicle and catching a flight, they came up and met me so I could then enter the terminal at the most convenient spot to access my check-in.
Cons:Nothing to complain about at all.
