Pros:Quick and easy pick up and drop off
Cons:Employees were kind of rude
Pros:Nothing they left the office
Cons:We arrived at 10:05 and no one was at the Agency. Everyone else was at their post. We rented from Avis instead. We are done with Budget.
Cons:Was not aware I needed to have a credit card to pick up car. I had to settle for another company and pay more than double to rent a vehicle! I was not happy.
Pros:Mini van was roomy and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Check in on return was fast.
Cons:Had to wait over 20 minutes to get to a counter agent. Windows on the van were dirty. Rear gate did not open with the remote control.

Cons:Maintenance and Cleanliness of the vehicle. The vehicle stalled out at the light . Had to restart it. The vehicle was dirty +dusty The key didn't have a clicker lock/unlock. The alarm go off & I had to rush to put it in the ignition to hurry and start. The only way to open door was by manually key

Cons:I thought I was getting a great rate for a great car. When I arrived they supposedly didn’t have anything at all for the rate I purchased and i was forced into a car half the size and half the value I wasn’t promised. They didn’t try to work with me or give me any other options. Will not rent from Long Beach budget again.
Cons:I made a reservation for 3pm,(Long beach airport Budget) my arrival time at the airport. Upon my arrival the clerk told me that they did not have a vehicle in the class I had made reservations for. I asked what they did have as I would have upgraded to another vehicle. The clerk told me that there were no vehicles available and I would have to wait 2 hours for a vehicle to be returned! What a joke. Walked out and went straight to Enterprise.
Pros:Super easy to pick up with Fast Break. Avoided long lines to get a car. Car was clean and easy to find.
Cons:They could have another person working the check out line when you’re leaving with the car. There was one person working and there were 7 cars in line trying to leave.
Cons:I paid the same price despite turning the car in a full day early.

Cons:I pay for full size car , and they give compact car, all dirty inside , the tires of the car very flat (safety issue) and the key was almost broken I’m very disappointed
