Cons:Procedure to dropoff required asking a Hertz parking lot staff member for guidance. Simple enough to park and log info to deliver inside, but was unfamiliar when compared with larger airport facilities.
Pros:Chech out took 5 minutes, forgot to fill out the form. Brought it back a week later with a full tank, perfunctory check on the vehicle took 3 or 4 minutes and I was on my way with receipt.
Cons:Couldn't figure out where the gas cap filler cap release was was? Odd for the vehicle? But all my other kias have had the gas release in the same place ...
