Toilet broke down, the breakfast was a joke. You have a coffee machine with really bad coffee and boxes of cereal, that's about it... As the receptionist said when I complained: "... Yes it's a bit misleading..." well I guess it says it all.
Queen size beds were wonderful. Price was nice when split 3 ways.
No hair dryer in the room but at least the front desk was able to provide one for our use. Breakfast had limited choices but the muffins were tasty.
well I'm just disapointed I rented a non smoking room and they didn't have one when I arrive. I have to spray a can of lysol to get rid off the smell that was very nasty had to clean the A/C filter it was very dirty also.
front desk staff was super helpful, coffee machine in lobby made great coffee, bed was comfortable
Real clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, great room for the cost, about perfect sized rooms
It was a great room with good furniture and accomodations. We appreciated the newspaper in the morning.
Friendly staff, good location-easy access to freeway. Clean and neat.
Poor lighting in halls and rooms.
Exceptionalyy helpful and polite staff
I requested a Non-Smoking quiet room ... The room was designated non smoking but the exaust vent belched smoke day and night from other rooms. I was put in front room right on the highway ... 6,281 trucks went by between 2 and 5 AM ... and the elevator announced every arrival to my floor with a pair of loud dings.
