Pros:
My complaint is really with Kayak. The enterprise manager was quite pleasant to me when he told me that they didn't have the car I reserved through Kayak. I tried again, through Kayak, to rent another car. I found one in a different Enterprise store so I reserved it. Again, I was told they don't have any cars available. I'm not sure who is to blame here, Kayak or Enterprise, but obviously Kayak doesn't have availability to Enterprise's inventory. I ended up borrowing a car from a friend. I don't think I'll use Kayak again.Cons:
Make sure the car, hotel room, flight, etc. is available before you allow customers to reserve it.2.0 Poor

The truck was nice and comfy. They were able to accommodate me with allowing me to drop off at a different location than where I picked it up from. Manger was very helpful.Cons:
The tire pressure light came on as well as the oil and filter needs to be changed. If the filters had been changed it would have not cost me to fill up the truck so many times during my trip.6.8 Okay

The pricing was acceptable considering it was holiday season. The staff was efficient and eager to meet my vehicle needs.Cons:
Confirmed with the location a week ahead of pickup to discuss vehicle needs and when I arrived for pickup vehicle was not present at the location. I had to be transported to another location for vehicle pickup and mileage was not adjusted to accommodate for being take to a location further away.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
I rented an economy car for three days. It was a Hyundai Accent. The interior/exterior of the car was clean when I received it, even if not highly detailed. It's an economy car so it's utility over comfort but that's what I expected. Service was quick, friendly and without any hi pressure up- sell. The whole process was less than 15 minutes since I had a reservation. They had the car they promised. It was a positive experience. They offer after- hours drop- off.Avis

Cons:
It was apparent to me that the location in Wayne did not have enough vehicles to accommodate all of the reservations. It worked out in our favor because we were given a nicer vehicle but someone may not have been that lucky. The computer system was not working when I arrived which led to increased time. The staff was very helpful despite the challengesHertz

Cons:
Hard to access the business. Got lost getting back and was charged a late return fee for being 30 minutes late because GPS wasn't clear on directions.Rent-A-Wreck
