Location. Room was OK.
Extras like cookies and soup in the lobby in the evenings. Breakfast. The pool.
Only that the hot tub jets shoot water into your face.
The staff at the Comfort Inn in Butte were super friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and they replenished the food as soon as it was going low. There was even complimentary soup and cookies in the evening. Overall, it was a great visit!
Comfortable beds. Coffee tea and infused water in the lobby. Hot soup on at least one afternoon I was there that was quite homey. Decent free breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.
I had quite a long walk to the lobby.
Hotel was in very good condition. Rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Very close to interstate exit makes it handy. Plenty of local businesses near by. Breakfast was much better than average.
Not really. Was just passing through overnight and the hotel was more than I expected.
Continental breakfast was very well maintained with nice variety of items. Room was quiet even though near freeway.
front desk staff may have been new or temporary, but did not offer details about how to locate room, breakfast location, pool/spa locations, etc.
Nicely maintained, convenient good amenities, well thought out room layout.
Clean and inviting; hot breakfast
The free breakfast was very impressive - hot waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, lots of choices.
The first room we were given smelled like b.o. - we were quickly moved to a new room. The smell was there too, but not as strong.
Room was nice
I knew we were in trouble from the moment we stepped into the old outdated lobby. My first suspicions were confirmed when we arrived at our room to find a small cooler and coffee thermos sitting out and the furniture on top of the bed. Maybe the bad smell was from the still wet carpet? Hard to tell. No apologies from the front desk they just changed the room keys and didnt even look me in the eye. Well Ill have the sounds of traffic to lull me to sleep tonight. Dont stay or at least dont say I didnt warn you.
staff is not accomodating and very unfriendly
I stayed at the hotel while on business. I receiived a nicely renovated King room that was very comfortable. The new beds were great! I also liked the fact that they had secure high speed internet throughout the entire hotel, and I never had a problem with it. I also liked the variety they had in the breakfast area, you can't beat a fresh waffle in the morning. When I come back to Butte I will stay here because it was clean comfortable, nice, and they had a great staff!
Not a bad hotel. It did the job. it's Montana, we didn't expect luxury. The continental breakfast was good. there was a variety of things and it was average. good place to stay when you are on the road and want to sleep.
