Pool, spa, breakfast, surrounding area.
3 people travelling. 2 parents, 1 child. Asked for two double beds. Got 1 king. Had to add a cot, no charge, but not as comfy as a bed.
Your public area was welcoming, warm, and spacious. During our down time, we were able to hang out here, play card games, chat, and relax! Your swimming pool was warm enough for the kids to romp around in and not get too chilled.
There was a minor bathroom malfunction where the toilet was leaking. Yikes.
Loved the hot tub and the spacious room.
Pool was kind of small and there was a couple of rust stains on the ceiling and what looked like an old gum stain on the little bench in the room.
Was glad to save money with The free breakfast &The pool was good to give The kids something TO Do.
room was spacious and clean.
toilet had some issues. The front desk lady was very nice but a little scattered.
The room we had was very large.
The only thing I didnt like, was that they made us put down a deposit of $50. They actually put the $50 out of our account and didn't replace it until three days later.
the people were great
The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and we were able to get a late checkout.
The bottom of the bathtub was very rough for a bather. Probably nice for someone showering though. It was like sandpaper.
I found the staff to be exceptional- (particularly the front desk staff on evenings.) All staff I met were very curteous, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
Nothing comes to mind.
the business center is great with scanner and copier
breakfast is not great but it is ok since it is free
Breakfast & No Smoking Rooms
The air conditioner good have been colder
The worst stay ever in my life. The headboard fell down from the wall on my husband's head and the hotel charged my credit card $500 for accidental. Going to sue them for sure.
We got a very good deal with Priceline that we were very happy with. The front desk clerk, Zak was extremely nice, very helpful and friendly. great service. printed out directions for us to the Ikea and Olive Gardens. We would definitely go back.
No, it was all great.
The staff was very friendly.
They charged me $2.00 to get an extra sheet for the room, which seemed petty
Staff was friendly.
Hotel going through reconstruction in the lobby.
bathroom is larger so of course bedroom part is smaller. right now i would call this a one star hotel.
they are in the middle of re-modeling. i should have gotten a rebate. no bathtubs anymore. so the water runs all over the bathroom floor. completely flooded the place. called front desk. they came down. said sorry. that was it.
I had an excellent visit - staff went above and beyond to make sure my visit went well - I booked again for a later event!!!
Standard Holiday Inn Express hotel. Internet is a little slow, but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. No reason not to stay here.
We chose this hotel after experiencing a horrible check in at another hotel the night before. We abandoned that hotel because of issues and found this one. We are so glad we did. We checked in late, were a mess, tired, grouchy from our experience at the other hotel, not showered, etc. and pretty self conscious! However, the hotel front desk employee was so nice and sweet and welcoming, we soon forgot how horrible our experience was at the other hotel and felt like honored guests instead! Our room was immaculate and we were able to unwind in the hot tub and go back to our room and enjoy a nice hot shower and get a good night sleep in clean comfortable bedding (no worries about anything creepy here! or security issues or people running the halls) After a great night's sleep we were able to go down and enjoy a full breakfast in the dining area in the lobby that was well stocked before we hit the road to go home. Check out was just as pleasant as check in. We will definitely be using this as our regular hotel each time we come back to town! Wonderful experience!
We stayed here after going to a Tiger game then running down the road to IKEA. It was very convenient for this particular trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with cheese omelets and a pancake machine ( a couple items I'm not accustomed to seeing at a typical hotel breakfast). Overall, this place suited our needs well.
I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They always make me feel right at home when I come there.
Excellent hotel! I arrived early and the staff accommodated me with an early check-in. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves for the afternoon. The hotel was clean, and our beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was beyond our expectations with a variety of hot and cold options, including pancakes. I will definitely stay here again.
We stayed on New Years eve, A young family stayed a few doors down form us. At the drop of the ball the family let their 2 children probably 7 and 9 yell down the hall Happy New years. The desk clerk called the police and had them thrown out for being to loud. Even the police that came was annoyed with the clerk and made a remark that he was petty and that he (the officer) had better things to do. The clerk still insisted they remove the family from the building. How sad
