Location and rooms were outstanding. Breakfast well worth the extra cost and very helpful staff. WIFI good.
Thick dust on closet. Poor bathroon/tub design. Mediocre staff. Unwelcoming lobby. Well below other RadissonBlu properties

The hotel was very well situated and very clean and comfortable
The service in the bar and the resturant was very poor and very slow due to a severe shortage of staff, we also found the bar very expensive and were being charged different prices every time for the same drinks.
A swimming pool would have been a real benefit
car parking facility was too small. On the first night the hotel carpark was full and we drove for 1 and a half hours to find another overnight one. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel.Simply ridicuolous! We are frequent travellers and have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and in all that time I have never stayed 4 * and not had some kind of biscuits with the tea &coffee facilities which only had a enough milk for 1 cup each in the morning. Long queue of people as we checked in with only 1 desk open even though there was staff present.See trip advisor for comments.
Room fab, breakfast / eating area fab, hotel generally nicely laid out and very modern.
Queuing at reception to check in. Hotel should have a few more desks / staff ready for when lots of people arrive at once to check in. Probably waited 10 to 15 minutes. The price of the room!!! Very high and had no choice but to pay as attending u2 concert at Millennium Stadium. I think that the hotel would know they would be full and could have perhaps not charged the premium rate to ensure we all returned again. Now we will book up early to avoid having to spend so much money for just one night.
