clean and cozy
no shampoo, no hair dryerI thought all hotels and motels have shampoo and hair dryer, but except that, I liked it. Nice and friendly staff. Our room was clean and cozy. Easy to get on the FWY15. Close the down town Cedar City. I would stay there again.
It was clean; free wi-fi; within a 10 minute drive to the Shakespeare festival.
No Shampoo/conditioner; poor quality beds, pillows, and bedspreads; not all TV channels were available as advertised; light above bed was flickering in a strobe-like fashion--when we called the front desk, the response was 'I don't have anyone to fixOverall, I was grossly disappointed. This hotel was rated an 8.4/10 when I booked it, so I figured that it would at least have the basics (shampoo/conditioner, working lights, comfortable beds, etc) and be a reasonably comfortable stay. Instead, the hotel offered the bare minimums. For two people we paid XXX; for the same price you can stay at the Knight's Inn, which while also a typical small motel and not anything especially memorable, at least offers shampoo, a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room, and simple breakfast in the morning.
