We ultimately got a better car than we had reserved at the lower price.Cons:
We reserved the car for 1pm Sunday. The Avis store closed at 1pm. We were 5 minutes late, so no car. Avis gave us an alternative pick up site, but attempted to charge more because we changed locations. There should be a warning if your scheduled pickup or drop off are within 30 minutes of store closing.Budget

The local staff was remarkable not only were they attentive they were personable.Cons:
There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them. The rental service wanted to charge me $150. Luckily I made it in time, but a simple late fee would have been more reasonable.8.8 Very good
