Upon arrival in Crete, Sixt was the only company that had closed their station. Our flight was delayed and we arrived before midnight. Once, we grabbed our luggage we hurried to the car rental area only to be told the person working the Sixt station left a couple minutes before us. All the other car rentals (enterprise, hertz, Avis, etc) were laughing when we told them Sixt had left as they checked the late arrivals and made sure to stay. Sixt automation system was not working and I had no way to contact them to rearrange. Will never book with them again.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
They did not let us rent the car. We were not allowed to rent the car due to not allegedly having a AAA international license. We didn't have that license and we were still able to rent a car from a different kiosk in Chania and also in Santorini. I suspect that since I was able to lock in a good rate for the car reservation they did not want to honor the pricing.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Couldn't rent the car because I didn't have an international license. Would have been good to know this before I got there. Ended up having to rent a piece of junk car from some shady rental place on the side of the highway. On the plus side, I saved 100 Euro because it was way cheaper than EuropcarDollar
