Pros. The location is outstanding. Right in the middle of everything in Chattanooga.
Cons. Our room had an ant problem. We also had to visit the front desk several times to get our room keys to work. And we realize the coronavirus has impacted many things but to only have one container of coffee available and no half & half or other creamers available was pretty tacky.
