Everything was great except the shower pressure was non existent!
Air conditioning worked great.
First night there was a major fight outside our room. Loud cursing and due to fight, people hitting up against the wall and door (we were in a corner room). When the fight escalated to the point of our actually being concerned for our safety, I called the desk downstairs. It rang and rang, no answer. Police came. Needless to say, many hours before getting back to sleep. Next day,after asking about it, we were advised that it was guests (under a corporate account) and police had escorted them out that night. Also advised, fight had involved furniture being thrown in hallway.We were away from hotel next morning 8-11:15. Husband was in room from 11:15 until 1:00. We both left at 1 and when we returned later the room had not been cleaned. After calling the desk, a very rude desk clerk advised that a sign had been on the door when they came to clean the room and no one could clean the room or change the sheets because they left at 1:00. (Don't know why they didn't come earlier or knock on the door to check about cleaning.) We asked for clean towels at least and got the run around. The clerk even responded after my husband told her how unhappy we were with our stay that, "I hope you won't report this to Corporate." We went to our dinner appointment and when we returned, no towels. I went down to the desk and picked them up myself. Next day, when checking out, we expressed our displeasure with the hotel and service. No apology, no anything. There are several hotels in that area. This is not the service you would expect from a Wyndham, and I can assure you that our business will be going to someone else in the future. (I am contacting Wyndham Corporate.)
