I reserved an economy car and the only options available to me were an SUV and a pick up truck. I took the SUV and immediately regretted it - it smelled like smoke, but at this point my only options were to return it and try to cram my family into a pick up truck or wait around until something else became available. Also, most rental car places now have options for paying for tolls when you are traveling across state lines. Not so at this Enterprise.6.8 Okay

I made a reservation for a luxury convertible (BMW or Audi) for my wedding weekend and Enterprise did not have any in their lot even though they picked me up and took me to their office. I asked what they would do about and they said they could not help me. Complete disrespect and lack of professionalism!Cons:
