Cons: Car had funky smell. Pickup location wasn't concerned about it, they said "oh, we didn't smell anything", even though they had to drive the vehicle out front for me.

Pros: Pick-up and return were very short and smooth. Car was clean and in great shape even tho it had 46,000 miles on it. People at both ends were helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied. There's nothing more to say.

Cons: Did not use you for car rental. Yu informed me that I could not do a one way rental to rock springs wy I cancelled

Pros: Flexible team that would go out of the way to help.
Cons: Odd location in a car dealership - took us a while to find it.

Pros: The price was right and the employees were very friendly.
Cons: I had to trade the original car in for an upgrade the next morning because the original (kia rio) didn't have cruise control.
Cons: After completing reservation online I went to the local Budget store to pick up rental and first they didn't even see my reservation. Once they found the reservation they then told me it would be at least 6 hours before a car would be ready for me. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I did the reservation? I would not have gotten a ride there and went thru all of the extra planning had I known this in advance.

Nice Vehicle - Dirty Windshield
Pros: 2017 Escape was a comfortable vehicle. Quick in & out on the rental.
Cons: Don't understand how a car can be prepped for rental with dead bugs plastered all over the windshield & the inside of the windshield is dirty.

They didn't even HAVE cars!!!
Pros: The price on Kayak!
Cons: The fact that I never got a car. They didn't have any. After waiting in line, they handed me a list of rules on what I needed, but couldn't produce because I was nowhere near home. As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history. They gave no assistance and I was told that since each MO location is franchised, only my home location could help me...except I'm out of town, stranded.....
