The car was dirty and smelled like heavy air freshener. There was something wrong with the steering or wheel alignment, which made the trip difficult at night in rain and wind. The Clearwater airport office traded it out for a decent vehicle, but the Coral Gables office never should have put that car on the road.8.0 Very good

Great price by going just a few miles off the airport - huge savings for my six week rental. When someone backed into the vehicle, the process was handled professionally and I had a new vehicle just a short time later.Cons:
The car smelled like vomit on the first day that the sun came out - I had it detailed and then had to spread coffee grounds under the floor mats and in the trunk to finally get rid of the smell. When my plans changed and I considered driving home instead of flying, I was informed that it would cost $6000 extra to turn it into a one way rental according to the call center, which is obviously overseas. Having a call center overseas makes the process to obtain assistance WAY too long - you can't just say what you need, they have to follow the script. This is terrible from a customer service standpoint. From now on I will just ask for an American from the start, it was such an improvement each time I did.8.0 Very good

After making the reservation online submitting the whole payment ,insurance and everything they stated that the vehicle can not be driven to my destination ....Kentucky from Florida.Later on, they claim to take a hefty amount of money from the whole payment because I had to cancel the whole deal.So,in view of this I started to email them back and forth and they took anyways 75$ WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE from the money I previously submitted.I just going to make sure that nobody around me rent a vehicle form this thugs. well first I was given a car when i went to the car someone else was issued that car, went back up with my luggage, told them they checked and that was the case, they issued another car went to the car battery was dead, went back up , they issued another car went tot he car and that one was ok , but the back and forth and there was no compensation and they ended charging me for bringing the car back under an hour . not taking into account the hour plus with the back and forth for changing the cars,Cons:
