Cons:

The pick up took two hours due to lack of proper vehicle. They tried to give me a car when I rented a truck. The truck I finally got did not have working windshield washer fluid sprayers which was a huge issue in snowy weather. Had to reach out window and pour water on windshield to keep visibility.

Cons:

Would never reccommend this site its unacceptable, unreliable and undependable. Went to pick up car at prescribed time . no car was available. No representative called to state there was a delay. I was later promised a pick up 6 hrs after original time that was later cancelled . no solution missed my cousins wedding. Really upseting i would give them negative stars if that was an option.

I really did not like the fact that the deposit fee was not communicated to me once I booked online. Also with that the fee differs based on the type of credit/debit card you are using. Also the person who was checking me in for my rental told me I could not use my own auto insurance & I had to use theirs. Which I thought was incorrect & was so coincidental that the cost of their insurance equaled out to the $200 deposit. Plus the car they gave me smelled like a carton of cigarettes. I would advise people to do their research on the individual rental places so you will be informed & wont get taken advantage of when you go to pick up your rental. Needless to say I only kept the car one day & went with a much more organized & reasonably priced rental car company the next day.

Cons:

our reservation has been made ONE MONTH in advance - none of the cars were available on pickup day - we had to make new reservation with different pickup location (40 minutes drive!!!)

Appearance of facility was not on par with other facilities. Time to process the rental and have the car ready was quite a bit longer than other facilities. Individuals were pleasant. The car provided was very good. Drop off was easy.

I did not like the service at all. The car was horrible. The steering was off. This made it difficult to drive. They held $200 against my credit card, and told me that everything was fine. I was told that within 2 days it would go back on my credit card. I requested a receipt during checkout but was told that the printer was down, that they would email my receipt to me. As of this date, I have yet to receive a receipt. I would never use them again. It would have been better if I had a decent and safe car to drive, and I was told upfront that $200 would be held against my credit upon return of the car. I lost trust and faith in this company.

The check-in process could have been administered more efficiently. The staff wasn't following the procedure of checking names from a list of people who signed upon entry that was set up to determine the order of providing service. Some people were walking in and jumping line without properly checking in.
