I really did not like the fact that the deposit fee was not communicated to me once I booked online. Also with that the fee differs based on the type of credit/debit card you are using. Also the person who was checking me in for my rental told me I could not use my own auto insurance & I had to use theirs. Which I thought was incorrect & was so coincidental that the cost of their insurance equaled out to the $200 deposit. Plus the car they gave me smelled like a carton of cigarettes. I would advise people to do their research on the individual rental places so you will be informed & wont get taken advantage of when you go to pick up your rental. Needless to say I only kept the car one day & went with a much more organized & reasonably priced rental car company the next day.NextCar
