The entire check-in process was very quick (under 15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and I'm extremely grateful that the pickup truck option was available. The truck was excellent. I'm very pleased with my whole experience.Cons:
Beware that Enterprise does not necessarily pick you up. The corporate website says "within 10 miles, non-airport." But, what you'll find is that the 10 mile radius is not followed. Instead, each Enterprise location goes by MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES. So, even if you're within 10 miles of an Enterprise location, but across a suburb/town line, they will not pick you up.
