Cons:
We were unable to get the rental because the company overbooked and did not care. The manger at the location said we were out of luck and didn't bother to try to find anything else. Once we called corporate it was even worse they refused to help or honor the pricing with another vehicle. After sitting in the car rental office the lady told us she was closing and we would have to leave while we were on the phone with corporate.
