Pros:
The employee, a young fellow, was very helpful to me. He even checked the tire pressure with a gauge when I mentioned that one front tire looked low. It was a little low. The car was perfect for us; it carried some furniture home, and we really enjoyed using Sirius XM to listen to music during our long drive home. Finally, the hybrid got super gas mileage during our drive to Washington, D.C., using only 1.5 tanks of gas.Cons:

Drove 35 miles to rent a car, they didnt take cash, or card over the phone or a prepaid Visa. I didnt have a debit card because I'm waiting on another one. They wouldnt take my husband's over the phone. My car is trash and I was hoping to rent from them so I could have a safe vehicle for mine and my daughter's trip. NOPE. Drove 70 miles round trip for nothing. Didnt even specify on the site either about the no card thingBudget

Cons:
I was charged almost double and called in 4 times all different people and could not get resolved. I booked the car for pick up at Hixon TN in my error. I picked the car up at the Airport which is what I needed. The reservation was changed for pick up not drop off so I had to call into change it. The rate was not quoted, I found my reservation which showed $175.00 my charge was $320.07. I was told nothing could be done until I returned the car. When I returned the car 2.5 hours early I asked for a re-rate and was told it would not make a difference. I am aware airport fees raise the rental rate but not by almost double. For the price the car should be cleaned to include in side the windows and dry it off. The care windows inside were dirty and like most rental companies the car is just hosed off.2.0 Poor
