Cons:
After completing reservation online I went to the local Budget store to pick up rental and first they didn't even see my reservation. Once they found the reservation they then told me it would be at least 6 hours before a car would be ready for me. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I did the reservation? I would not have gotten a ride there and went thru all of the extra planning had I known this in advance. JHEnterprise Rent-A-Car

Hertz needs to have dedicated staff to clean vehicles, not making their office staff do double duty with cleaning cars and running the rental counter. Employee there seemed extremely stress, couldn't blame him. Also, car I rented was not clean inside or out. Had to clean it myself. Extremely long wait times to pick up and drop off.10.0 Wonderful
