Hertz needs to have dedicated staff to clean vehicles, not making their office staff do double duty with cleaning cars and running the rental counter. Employee there seemed extremely stress, couldn't blame him. Also, car I rented was not clean inside or out. Had to clean it myself. Extremely long wait times to pick up and drop off.10.0 Wonderful
