Car was dirty and smelled like Cigarette smoke. Called a hour before pickup to ensure that the Chrysler 200 I requested was available and was told it was there and would be waiting on me. When I arrived I received a different car that was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke that I'm allergic to. But was told that's all they had. My company rents alot of cars for its employees..... When I got to the airport counter there was no reservation under my name there or any of the Hertz locations nearby. This was prepaid as well and now have to dispute the charge through my credit card. NEVER booking anything through kayak againThrifty
