called for emergency help and got disconnected 3x after over an hour on hold. needed to replace the car after a 10 hour ordeal with my wife and I in a tow truck in the opposite direction of our destination taking away 10 hours from my business trip. all due to a faulty steering column that no tech support person could fix. I reserved a luxury vehicle almost 2 weeks in advance. I followed up with the store multiple times before my arrival to make sure they had something available. I was flying in from Arizona and was renting a car to drive back. The only car they had to offer me was a 4 cyl compact suv. That was not what I reserved. They were rude, unprofessional.
