We will never rent from Hertz again. Scheduled pickup at 9am. Not able to get car until 1 pm. Initial car at 1 then cancelled due to crack on windshield. Offered replacement scratched up and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ended up taking car with 18 inch crack in windshield. Then received bill in email for $200 in damages! Called hertz, unable to tell what damages supposedly were. Finally removed charge. Never, ever, ever again.

my rental was NOT clean, smelled like pot. We complained but only one employee was there and told us the hose was broke and the toilet was out of order. Joseph said she tried to remove the smell but the smoke had imbedded the fabric.
