Pros:
Staff was friendly and helpful - it was challenging with the enhanced cleaning protocols plus they had a huge number of rentals for the day I was renting. They were doing what they needed to do under challenging circumstances. Good job!Cons:

Cons:
When I arrived for pickup there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed and to drive to the airport an hour away for my vehicle. The confirmation email never said anything. No call from the office to say anything had changed. After a two hour drive and then 2 hours on the phone to talk to a human being to try to get some sort of refund I was unsuccessful because I had "prepaid" the reservation. Any other company would have been able to credit my account with some sort of refund to accommodate the inconvenience. Nope, not Hertz. A gift voucher was all that they would offer. Not sure I will use Hertz again even with a $50 voucher. Very poor communicationAvis

Would have appreciated a cleaner car. Other than that staff was very helpful and kind. Don't appreciate the absurd change of price when checking car out. Guess that's what happens when you get a car rental from a third party seller.VIPCars Recommendation
